This study explores the phenomenon of hustle culture, which creates social pressure, mental exhaustion, and cognitive overload, particularly for women in the digital era. Employing a qualitative literature review and a descriptive-philosophical analysis, this study integrates modern psychological concepts—such as emotional regulation and flow state—with an Islamic education perspective through the revitalization of Tazkiyatun Nafs, khusyu', and muraqabah. The findings indicate that the aesthetic of silence (al-tuma'ninah) is not a form of passivity, but rather an active strategy to build inner peace and authentic self-integrity. Consequently, Islamic and elementary educational institutions must reform mental health-based curricula and provide reflective spaces to redefine mechanical productivity into meaningful productivity.
