Pengaruh Discovery Learning dengan pendekatan Inquiri Berbantuan Wordwall Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis IPA Siswa Kelas V SD

This study aimed to assess the impact of the Discovery Learning model with an inquiry approach, assisted by the Wordwall application, on grade V students' critical thinking skills in science. Using an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design, 28 students were divided into experimental and control groups. An essay test, covering critical thinking indicators such as problem identification, analysis, conclusion drawing, and solution evaluation, served as the instrument. Results showed that the experimental group, using the Discovery Learning model with Wordwall, exhibited a significant improvement in critical thinking skills compared to the control group. Wordwall enhanced student engagement, while the inquiry approach strengthened their scientific and analytical abilities. The study concludes that integrating Discovery Learning with an inquiry approach and Wordwall is effective for enhancing critical thinking skills in science and recommends using such models to improve basic education quality
